Kingsafe Adds CPC Pulp Flat-Wire Spunlace Line

Innovation balances production, thickness, softness, cost effectiveness and fiber compatibility

Kingsafe has introduced a CPC pulp flat-wire web forming low pressure spunlace composite Nonwovens line, which is reportedly the first of its kind in the world. This latest investment marks a pivotal shift from follower to process innovator for Chinese enterprises in the pulp-composite spunlace nonwoven sector, according to the company.

To resolve the structural contradictions among raw materials, process technology, product performance and cost, Kingsafe Group has achieved proprietary breakthroughs in critical technologies.  The result is a complete solution that delivers high speed production, a thick, soft and lofty fabric, cost effectiveness and broad multi-fiber compatibility.  The production line debuts an industry-first three-layer flat-wire web forming composite process.

With an annual designed capacity of 28,000 tons, the new line will target a range of applications including baby wipes, household cleaning wipes and industrial wiping materials. The new product range will make its official debut at CINTE26 (The 19th China International Trade Fair for Technical Textiles and Nonwovens).
